Two service management systems therefore play key roles in the way we deliver our service and make things easier and more efficient for clients. These are Zetasafe and Job Logic.
Zetasafe is an electronic legionella compliance system. It makes legionella monitoring a much more simple process and allows us to log in remotely which also makes it more efficient and timely.

Job Logic is a service management database that allows us to coordinate our engineers and make sure all checks, servicing and monitoring are conducted in a timely manner. Clients can also access their own Job Logic account so that all parties are up to date and fully informed.
