Role: Managing Director
Responsibilities: Since joining Aquatrust in 2013 as Finance Manager, Paul has worked across several areas of the business, including sales and client management. His mix of commercial insight and hands-on experience helps shape how we operate day to day. As Managing Director, Paul works closely with the wider team to make sure we stay focused on our customers and continue to grow in the right way.

Name: Mark Russell
Role: Technical Director
Responsibilities: Mark joined Aquatrust in 2013 as a Service Engineer and has grown with the business ever since. Now Technical Director, he plays a key role in making sure our work is carried out to the right standards and in line with the latest guidance. Mark helps keep our processes clear and effective, making sure we continue to deliver a reliable service for our customers.

Name: Jayjay Pickles
Role: Operations Director
Responsibilities: Since joining Aquatrust in 2013, Jayjay has built deep knowledge of the service side of the business. Moving from Service Engineer into leadership, he now oversees operations, supporting the team and contributing to how we deliver day-to-day. His experience and steady approach help keep everything running as it should.

Name: Kim O'Leary
Role: Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities: Kim has been with Aquatrust since 2006 and is a key player in the Aquatrust team. She has acquired and looks after a number of our major accounts at Aquatrust. Year on year a reliable, high performer.

Name: Kirsty Walls
Role: Key Account Service
Responsibilities: Kirsty joined Aquatrust in 2018 and has acquired much knowledge of the customer base and processes within the last three years. So much so, that we promoted her recently to ensure some of our key accounts are looked after on a personal daily basis. She has great potential to go much further in the business.

Name: Alex Denham
Role: Risk Assessor
Responsibilities: Since joining Aquatrust in June 2014, Alex has swiftly established himself as a valuable asset. With a keen interest in risk assessment and a thoughtful approach, Alex is a seasoned service engineer who mentors new members. Thanks to his background in teaching, he’s a sought-after trainer who delivers engaging Legionella awareness sessions to our clients. His dedication and expertise have earned him the respect of both colleagues and customers.

Name: Danny Broadley
Role: Risk Assessor
Responsibilities: Danny joined Aquatrust as a Service Engineer in May 2022. Since then, he has expanded his skillset to include larger monitoring tasks including TMV servicing and clean and disinfection procedures. He has since completed his training and is now a qualified Risk Assessor.

Name: Jason Parker
Role: Service Supervisor
Responsibilities: Jason joined Aquatrust as a Service Engineer in 2021. Since then, he has completed his City & Guilds Risk Assessor training and now applies his expertise to conducting risk assessments. Jason was promoted to Service Supervisor and now supports the team in delivering quality service and compliance.

Name: Richard Asquith Dolan
Role: Service Supervisor
Responsibilities: Richard joined Aquatrust in June 2019 as a Service Engineer, quickly demonstrating a strong understanding of our software applications and mobile devices. He has become the go-to person for setting up new sites and training team members on software. Richard has since expanded his role to include risk assessment and now supports the team as Service Supervisor.

Name: Andrew Busfield
Role: Remedial Engineer
Responsibilities: Andrew, known more commonly as Buzz, joined Aquatrust’s Remedial Team in 2015 as a skilled plumber. Outside of work, Buzz is often found on the golf course and currently serves as the Bradford Golf Union Captain and Senior Vice-President of the Bradford & District Union of Golf Clubs.

Name: Ashley Gardner
Role: Remedial Engineer
Responsibilities: Ashley joined Aquatrust in June 2019 as a Service Engineer. Known for his professional and respectful demeanour, Ashley has shown a keen interest in remedial engineering. Over the years, he has steadily developed his skills and confidence, now taking on larger and more complex remedial action jobs.

Role: Service Manager
Responsibilities: Chris joined Aquatrust in 2014 and has since become a valued team member. He progressed from Risk Assessor to Supervisor and is now our Service Manager. Known for his laid-back and cool approach, Chris brings a steady hand to his leadership and work.

Name: Daniel Daxner
Role: Risk Assessor
Responsibilities: Dan joined Aquatrust in November 2022 as a skilled Risk Assessor. With his wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge, he is constantly working to improve processes. Always willing to lend a hand, Dan is a valuable member of our Remote Monitoring Installation team, where he uses his problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations.

Name: Matthew Jackson
Role: Service Engineer
Responsibilities: Matthew joined Aquatrust in February 2024 and has already become a key member of our Remote Monitoring team. He frequently travels to various sites, conducting inspections and completing necessary tasks. Outside of work, Matthew is passionate about football and plays for Rothwell FC in the West Yorkshire Association Football League.

Responsibilities: Paul joined Aquatrust in 2024, bringing his skills as a Service Engineer to support some of our key clients. When he’s not at work, Paul is a passionate motorcycle enthusiast. He’s a member of his father-in-law’s classic motorbike race team, participating in prestigious events like the Isle of Man Classic TT and Cadwell Park.

Responsibilities: Richard joined Aquatrust in November 2018, becoming a valuable member of the team. Always willing to lend a hand, Richard is our go-to guy for cleaning and disinfection services. His extensive knowledge and experience make him a versatile team member, most recently contributing to our Remote Monitoring installations. Customers appreciate Richard’s friendly personality and wide-ranging knowledge.
